Environment multi-stakeholders Meeting: Alain Maugard, leader of the "New or private buildings" committee

Alain Maugard, Chairman of CSTB, runs the "New or private buildings" committee.  This committee deals particularly with questions of environmental health and energy, including the indoor air quality.

Alain Maugard’s role consists of putting legislative, regulatory, tax and financial decisions of the Grenelle de l’Environnement into application.  He also runs plans for assisting and training persons involved in construction, and sets up the R&D programs necessary for materialization of the ambitious objectives of this committee.
