The conference will include several sessions and round-table discussions to better understand energy poverty and observe how it evolves over time and geographically.

About: the purpose of the French National Fuel Poverty Monitoring Center (ONPE) is to enable partners who are signatories to the Partnership Agreement to gain reliable, shared knowledge about energy poverty. It also seeks to improve knowledge about fuel poverty in the housing and transportation sectors in France, and to inform and shape public policies. It serves as a permanent monitoring and analysis organization providing inputs to the decision-making process for the State, its agencies, local authorities, energy providers and all associations and professionals working on energy poverty.

The CSTB is responsible for scientific guidance of the work of the ONPE (contact: Isolde Devaliere).
