OsmoZ: employees in harmony with the workplace
The new OsmoZ label for the quality of work environments puts the experience of users at the center of the approach. Its reference system, structured around six societal issues, covers building quality, arrangement of spaces and room activities. It also covers implementation of human resources policies, offering services and tools for users. After a trial period in 2017 in a dozen pilot projects, Certivéa officially launched OzmoZ in March 2018. in addition to the label, OsmoZ offers services to stakeholders for a comprehensive and global approach: simplified online self-diagnosis, performance assessments and training.
