New: the Oscar Niemeyer facility of the CSTB

The Oscar Niemeyer facility of the CSTB was used in 2017 for the preparation of a worksite using 4D technology, based on the enriched digital model of the project. This is just one example of how this interactive virtual simulation space can be used. It was opened by the CSTB in September 2017, in Paris. Project reviews, collaborative engineering meetings, training, and more: the facility is versatile and adapts to the needs of all: project owners, project managers, builders, and others. This collaborative work space, equipped with cutting-edge technology, facilitates on-site and remote information exchange. Its screen can display several sources of information at a time. The Oscar Niemeyer facility of the CSTB also enables stakeholders to better project themselves in a new environment. It displays the digital representation of projects on a large touchscreen and features an immersive sound system. Stakeholders can use this high-tech setting to promote their projects to investors, clients and partners.
