A pool of innovative startups at the CSTB’Lab
From the automated capture of building data to the representation of buildings in BIM and 3D, to securing exchanges and ensuring software interoperability: many innovative applications of BIM are being developed by startups at the CSTB’Lab. The incubator of the CSTB, launched in October 2017, supports young companies, particularly those working in digital technologies, to design the building of the future: a smart, connected building. The CSTB’Lab gives them access to a dedicated scientific environment and transfers of technology and research results of the CSTB to accelerate developments and increase the reliability of their high value-added ideas. In the first quarter of 2018, 5 new startups joined the original 6 selected companies. The CSTB’Lab is being developed in partnership with Impulse Partners.
