PowerDis Aménagement, for high energy performance neighborhoods

PowerDis Aménagement emerged from the R&D of the Efficacity Institute, which brings together stakeholders from the worlds of science and industry to facilitate the energy transition in cities. A functional version of this software, which integrates the CSTB’s DIMOSIM computing core, was released in April 2018 in SaaS mode. PowerDis Aménagement facilitates advanced studies on the estimated energy performance of development projects, on the scale of neighborhoods and entire cities. In the design or scheduling phases, it offers the possibility of taking a comparative approach to performance, using energy supply scenarios. PowerDis Aménagement also has the advantage of reflecting the diversity of energy sources (renewable energy, gas and electricity), buildings (even complex ones) and energy uses. A decision-making tool for city stakeholders, this simulation software supports a performance-based approach to development projects by integrating innovation.
