SEDexpress: a dynamic energy simulation solution
3 minutes flat for a dynamic thermal simulation of buildings with SEDexpress. All stakeholders – engineers in consulting firms, architects, project owners and builders – can use this online service developed by the CSTB. Launched on Batipédia in November 2017, SEDexpress offers a rich knowledge base of the energy performance of a building in real-life conditions (occupation, weather). Its performance levels can also be compared with those of similar buildings in France (consumption, performance of the building envelope and of the energy systems, etc.).
