Deployed in the Hautes-Alpes region by the nonprofit organization Vivre Dans Son Pays, Vivraudom was one of the winners of the 2014 Tour de France du Numérique in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. This remote monitoring and assistance system was developed as part of the CSTB GerHOME project, which provides innovative technological solutions that assist independent elderly people with their day to day activities.
Detecting a door left open or water on the floor, automatically turning on lights when walking through the house at night, setting up video calls and reminding people of appointments are just some of the services that Vivraudom provides to help elderly people remain in their own homes.
