The major contract Research and Development event for innovation is organized by the Association of Carnot Institutes, in partnership this time with Greater Lyon and the Rhône-Alpes region.

At the Rendez-vous Carnot, business leaders and developers of innovative projects can meet representatives of the 34 Carnot Institutes, as well as other major stakeholders in R & D and support for innovation in France. - Conferences, in partnership with Techniques de l'Ingénieur, presenting visionary responses to major technological and economic challenges, with specialists in key sectors and testimonies from public/private research and innovation partnerships
- FIEEC award ceremony for applied research. This prize aims to encourage closer ties between researchers of public institutions and SMEs/VSEs by rewarding researchers whose projects have strengthened such companies.
