On March 5, Antoine Petit, CEO of the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), and Étienne Crépon, president of the Scientific and Technical Center for Building (CSTB), signed a framework agreement for research.

This five-year partnership is part of a comprehensive, transdisciplinary research approach to the emerging technical, economic and societal challenges facing construction and urban planning.
