Tecnalia and the CSTB join forces in Spain and Latin America

Tecnalia, a leader in construction research and new technologies (nanotechnology and ICT) in Spanish-speaking markets, began working with the CSTB in 2016 to conduct joint research projects in the following areas:
• Energy efficiency and environmental performance (new and renovated buildings, urban scale)
• Digital technologies, including BIM and software solutions.

The agreement includes shared availability of CSTB and Tecnalia laboratories. The goal is to develop new solutions to improve the quality of buildings.

For the CSTB, the agreement is an opportunity to deploy its activities in new countries over the long term. The agreement also includes collaboration on the implementation of HQE™ certification internationally.
