The staff of the Environmental Performance Laboratory at the CSTB
To support the needs of all stakeholders for assessments of the environmental performance of construction and interior decoration products, the CSTB has created the Environmental Performance Laboratory. The service offer includes four types of services so as to address the needs of all players concerned. These expanded services are part of the public dynamic that encourages and guides the environmental assessment of buildings, based on the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). It enables professionals in the construction and interior decoration industry, and primarily industrial companies, to participate in this dynamic, meet the corresponding regulatory requirements and anticipate regulatory changes announced for 2017.
