Roll-out of the QB mark
Discover the new QB certification mark
The CSTB rolls out QB certification: Quality in Building. This new certification mark will gradually replace the CSTBat, CSTBat Service, Certifié CSTB Certified, CSTB Compétence and UPEC CSTB marks.
Objective: simplify current certification in the construction sector, and maximize the clarity of benchmarks for quality, performance and reliability of products, services and providers.

Advancing with BIM
Watch the video on an emblematic 100% BIM project: the new Ajaccio hospital. The CSTB is guiding this construction project, which uses digital modeling from design to full use. A first in France for a building of this size.
The CSTB also offers training in digital modeling and a range of business software packages compatible with building information modeling (BIM).

Guiding energy transition
Discover in pictures the pioneering project led by the CSTB with Actility for the social housing provider Habitat Toulouse. The REPERE method is deployed in a housing stock of 1,250 renovated units to determine the energy savings achieved thanks to upgrades.
Improving health in buildings
It’s waiting for you: Diya One. Diya One is a robot that will demonstrate its abilities by measuring indoor air quality at the CSTB stand and processing the data, in anticipation of its later use in offices, museums and premises open to the public. An innovation designed by Partnering Robotics, with support from the CSTB.
The new fungal biodetector is also on display at World Efficiency. This innovation, developed by the CSTB, detects indoor airborne fungus and dry rot at the earliest stages of their development. Its use is suitable for housing, museums and historical monuments.
